Still Living Creature is Nicolas Chartoire's alternative electro project. Still Living Creature est le projet electro/alternatif de Nicolas Chartoire. Active since october 2007, he released four albums on the internet between march and june 2008 and another one in october. Then he turned his catalog to free download. And published four live studio albums in january and february 2009. Actif depuis octobre 2007, il a sorti quatre albums sur internet entre mars et juin 2008 et un autre en octobre. Puis il a rendu son catalogue accessible en téléchargement gratuit. Et a publié quatre albums live studio en janvier et février 2009. Then another studio album in april, and another one in may. Puis un autre album studio en avril, et encore un autre en mai. Then another one in november 2009. Puis encore un autre en novembre 2009. On May, 29th 2010 he started a special operation : to publish as many 'live studio' albums as possible in a minimum of time/Le 29 mai 2010 il a démarré une opération spéciale : sortir le plus d'albums 'live studio' possible en un minimum de temps. Three albums were written, recorded and published in less than 12 hours/Trois albums furent écrits, enregistrés et publiés en moins de 12 heures.

In August 2010 Still Living Creature released a commercial EP, 'Lost Tracks EP'/En août 2010 Still Living Creature a sorti un EP commercial, 'Lost Tracks EP'. No one has been sold, but a few fans and contests winners got a promo copy/Aucun ne fut vendu, mais quelques fans et gagnant de concours eurent une copie promo.

In October 2010 Still Living Creature starts to work on a growing album called 'SLC Is Back'/En octobre 2010 Still Living Creature sort les premières chansons d'un nouvel album intitulé 'SLC Is Back'. He publishes it later this month. Il le publie plus tard ce même mois.

Still in October, he publishes a new album, 'No Sleep'. Toujours en octobre, il publie un autre album, 'No Sleep'.

In November 2010, he record three new albums, that he gives to a few fans either on CD-R or by direct file transfer/En novembre 2010, il enregistre trois nouveaux albums qu'il donne à quelques un de ses fans, soit sur CDR ou par transfert de fichier direct.

In December 2010 he removes most of his music from the web. Then he launches a paid download shop.

En décembre 2010 il supprime la plupart de sa musique du web. Puis il lance une boutique de vente de téléchargements de musique payante.
